Student Evaluation of Teaching
What is SET?
The Student Evaluation of Teaching (SET) is the primary instrument utilized by the University of the Philippines to assess the efficacy of instruction within the University. The SET is used to evaluate the faculty according to the specific courses they teach, the performance of academic programs, and the achievement of course and learning objectives.
The SET is administered in the last three weeks of the semester or the last week of the midyear term. The results of the SET are made available by the Faculty Evaluation Committee (FEC) within two weeks following the deadline for submitting grades for that term or semester.
This online platform is specifically created to administer the SET for UP Baguio. The FEC oversees this platform, with assistance from the Office of the University Registrar (OUR) and the Digital Innovation Center (DIC).
